Overview

If you love to spend your time in cozy camps in the laps of Himalayas then this is the place for you. It’s a walk for nearly 04 Km from Bhagsu to our Leta camps. The trek takes you thru the Bhgasu temple and on the way you cross Bhagsu waterfall and the most famous eatery joint Shiva café. You can enjoy your breakfast at one of the cafes around waterfall. You can eat bread with eggs or spicy Maggie with a hot cup of tea (green tea) Then you start your trek by crossing the waterfall and going thru the narrow stairs it’s a steep climb for more than an hour and then you level ground and from here Leta which is situated at 2300 meter. From our camps one has lot to admire from majestic views of Himalayas to greenery around. The view of Dharamsala and Kangra valley is as clear as crystal. You can see Cricket ground, airport and not to miss the pong dam. The place is all covered with snow in winters and blooming with flowers in summers.  Leta camps being near to Bhagsu is add on to people who love to experience camp life but don’t like to trek a lot. You can enjoy your stay here by just watching the nature, curled up with a book, just lay around get a sunbath or just spend time having good conversation with friends in the evening around the bonfire or lay down and gaze at the star studded night. After breakfast we meet up at the start point which is Bhagsu nag Taxi stand. From here we start our trek to Triund. We cross the local Tibetan Market, then the ancient temple name Bhagsu nag temple to reach the famous waterfall. It takes roughly 20 to 25 mins to reach the waterfall where we stop to click some pics and one can also enjoy some hot breakfast like eggs and bread or hot spicy Maggie with cup of tea. Then we cross the waterfall and start our steep climb for Triund. The guide will keep you entertained by telling stories about the place to ensure that you enjoy the walk and not get bored. The beautiful natural trail will keep you on your toes and walking on these trails will hold your interest throughout the tour. On reaching the campsite you can leave your bags off and feel more relaxed and trek further to get panoramic views of Shivalik Hills and plains of Kangra Valley. Further we trek to Triund via Katrani Dhar and you will feel glued to the spectacular beauty around you. Spend some time here in Triund capture the nature in your clicks and later trek back to Leta camps. Enjoy dinner near the bonfire with some soothing music. Spend night under the star studded night while enjoying the warmth of bonfire. Overnight stay at camps.

The sunrise is perhaps the main highlight of this trek so we get up early to view the most breath amazing Sunrise with some golden lights hitting the mountain ranges. Enjoy the hot breakfast click some nice pictures and then trek back to Mcleodganj by early noon and you have rest of the day to explore the city.

Triund Trek: Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
