The Valley of Flower: The beautiful valley situated at an altitude of 3300 mts to 3650 mts is the paradise of nature lovers. Starting from about 6 kms from Bhuindhar village it covers an area of about 87 square kms. The valley is exceptionally rich of the flowers wealth and has the largest collection of wild flowers species. The river Pushpawati flows through the verdant valley. The valley blooms with exotic. Flower from June, July till early September. There are about 520 species of flowering plants and the area was declared as a National Park in 1982. The animal like Himalayan black bears, musk deer’s, brown bears, Bharal and rich variety of birds and butter flies are found in this national Park. Hemkund Sahib: The holy lake Hemkund, an important pilgrimage of Sikhs and Hindus, lies near the Valley of Flowers at analtitude of 3050 mts. The sacred beautifully shaped Gurdwara near the lake is visited by large number of pilgrims from all over the world. It is believed that Guru Govind Singh, the tenth guru of Sikhs meditated and united with God at this place.

Accommodation: Hotel in Rishikesh, Joshimath, Ghangria (Camp/Hotel) & Srinagar on twin sharing basis with bed and breakfast.
Meals: In Rishikesh, Joshimath & Srinagar only breakfast will be served. While on trek (Ghangria) all meal will be provided. The food would be mix of Indian, Chinese & Continental.
Mules/Porters: For carrying some amount of personal gear of the clients (one bag not weighing more than 13 kgs).
Professional trekking guide would accompany the group from Delhi
Entry fee for the park.

A perfect day tailored just for us We had the most wonderful day with Sandip walking up from McCleodGanj and over the top and down into his own village where his mother most kindly made us a cup of tea in their family hut over a fire. We also saw a wedding party procession near a river. Sandip also took us past a dedicated prayer flag area in the woods. We saw the start of rhodendrons beginning to flower. A perfect day.

3 friends & Triund overnight trek Great exercise, fresh air and beautiful trek. Started out in town, ascended up the hill then eventually up the mountain. Mountain Ponies carried all the gear while we had light backpacks! Excellent tour guide host Manu. Participants Need to be physically prepared even for the Triund trek. Overnight stay in tent was excellent temperature very cold though we did our homework and kept warm. Food, company & experience to a great evel highly recommended to others .

Wonderful time with friends Excellent experience. We had lots of fun. It is a beautiful walk with incredible views throughout the journey. Manu and the crew are super friendly, accommodating and professional. We were looked after with amazing meals and warm camping gear. Highly recommended. The walk is stunning and doing it with a professional guide like Manu will make your trip much easier.

Amazing First Time Trek Had the most amazing time. As it was my first time trekking, I was apprehensive about many things. But the Manu adventures made sure I didn’t have anything to worry about. The tour guide was competent and allowed us to trek at our pace. The camping location was beautiful and the host was amazing. The food was great too.

Amazing experience We had an amazing time trekking to laka glacier! Manu was a great guide, he's a lot of fun and has so much knowledge about the area. Playing cricket at 3300metres was a highlight! Ranu's campsite was really lovely, incredible views and tasty, hearty food! Both Manu and Ranu took really good care of us and we'd really reccomend trekking with them, it's great value for money as well.

Trustworthy and Excellent Excellent experience. Vaishalee from Manu adventures has been super helpful in planning our stay in Dharamshala. Suraj was our guide who was brilliant. I was traveling with my 9 year old and he was extremely patient and helped us cover the trek. Very reliable and trustworthy worthy company. They also helped me choose a very good hotel within the main city. Thank you Manu Adventures you really made my stay here memorable.

Best trekking in the himalayas Best trip ever for trekking in the himalayas. We got to experience the real India as we were not on the tourist trails all time. Had wonderful food and experience of Delhi and Agra was not to be missed.

I took one day Mcleodganj – Masroor tour with Manu Adventures. The trip included a walk through small villages of beautiful Kangara Valley, crossing the river and visiting natural hot spring at Tatta Pani. Pankaj was amazing tour guide who told me a lot about indigenous culture and people of Kangara Valley, local deities and their temples. The ending spot of the tour was rock-cut ancient Masroor Temple, monolithic shrine dedicated to Siva which origins are little known. Local beliefs say it was build by Pandvaas, before the war of Gods. The site is amazing with many beatiful carvings, located by the secret pool. Definitely worth seeing.

We have had the most wonderful adventure with the kind and lovely Manu and his team from Manus Adventures. Our tour began with a briefing in Manu's office in Bhagsu, which was the starting point for our walk through the village and then uphill to the private campsite at Triund. We were well taken care of and had a tent with a view, lots of chai, snacks, great food, and cute friendly mountain dogs which we loved. The first day we went for a little walk through the snow and saw bear prints and had time for a little snowball throwing and relaxing in the sun. The next day was the big one with the walk to Triund and the Laka Glacier. There were lots of challenges and also lots of help and encouragement from Manu. The scenery is spectacular, breathtaking. The trail itself is popular and very busy. The downside is that there is lots of rubbish dropped on the ground and many people walk with blaring music. Our second night was at the same campsite and then we had a nice leisurely sleep-in and walk down the hill the following morning. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend.

Thank you so much Manu adventures for giving me such a great and thrilled experience, so I travelled on this Dharamshala to Triund trek solo but I didn’t feel like I am travelling solo. The guide, hospitality and obviously the organisers are the best and cooperative, also I felt so safe and calm while travelling with manu adventures. Thank you so much again Manu adventures for such a wonderful experience.
