On reaching Bhagsu first thing that excites you is breakfast in one of the best bakery’s so we take you to German bakery where you can enjoy enticing breakfast. You can order anything from Falafel, cheesy sandwiches, Chicken burger to Latte and how can you miss the special Bhagsu cake. The food is awesome and cost anything between INR 250 to 300 per person which is not bad. Later we take a walk to the famous waterfall crossing the Bhagsu Mandir there is a fancy looking pool meant for holy dips. If you wish you can take a dip in waterfall or just put your legs in the water and click selfies. The Bhagsu waterfall in today’s image maybe just the right place for some soul searching. Then we start our walk but remember there is no road there is vast patch of flat slate rocks that glows in the sun which beams at us like waters of dried creeks. We have to walk thru a small narrow lane to reach upper bhagsu from where we reach Dharamkot and now this is the place where you can get your tattoos done or even you can go for braiding or lullu. Dharamkot is fondly known as little Israel and you can find cuisines from all over the world. The best thing about this place is vibe. The vibe is a mix of some magic, spiritual energy of the Himalayas, peace and serenity and feeling of oneness with nature. The lovely cafes lined up here with cuisines from all over the world make you hungry. The food choice is endless from Lasagnas, pasta, humus to pancakes and the list goes on. Once we get enuff of Dharamkot we are ready to walk further to Naddi where you can see the sunset point and see the stunning Himalayas and then visit the Dal Lake. From there we reach the Tibetan Children’s Village and then we pass thru jungle which is covered with Oak and Cedar trees and water pipes to reach St John’s Church. The magnificent church is built amid the picturesque valley of Mcleodganj. The church lies in dense jungle and is a monument dedicated to Lord Elgin.
